Once a month, we invite you to pause and take a little time out for yourself. This is a simple retreat, a special Treat for yourself, a chance to step away from the usual demands of life and make some space for yourself and for God.

Manageable in between school runs and before life gets hectic again at home, these days are also ideal if you would like to have a taster of a retreat.

This year's Day Retreat themes are inspired by a sacramental vision of life  that invites us to slow down, pay attention, and receive the world around us with gratitude and wonder.
