About the retreat
Rest, Replenish & Reset
For pastors and those in full-time Christian ministry and leadership.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28–30)
Often in Christian ministry it can feel as though we are carrying the weight of both the world and the church, all while trying to balance family life, recreation, and the care of our own souls.
For some of us, faith can begin to feel more like a job than a relationship with God. Sadly, burnout has become almost synonymous with ministry, but it does not have to be this way.
Our primary calling is not to ministry, but to intimacy with God.
