For nearly five hundred years, the Spiritual Exercises have helped people deepen their relationship with God, discover greater freedom, and discern God's invitation for their lives. Through prayer, reflection, and silence, they offer a pathway into a more intimate encounter with Christ and a deeper awareness of God's presence in everyday life. The retreat will be guided by insights from The Ignatian Adventure by Kevin O'Brien SJ, who writes:
