7-Day Unplugged Silent Retreat

The Unplugged 7-Day Silent Retreat is a guided retreat for young adults (18-35) looking to deepen their retreat experience and contemplative prayer practice. There'll be no cellphones, social media, or impromptu jam sessions; for one week, we're going to just spend time getting to know ourselves and our creator just that little bit better. The week will be led by Sister Eveleen Director Eddie O'Connor with other spiritual directors/leaders. A week-long silent retreat is a real challenge, but also an incredibly worthwhile and enriching experience. Sister Eveleen Retreat House has amazing views of the ocean and is near to some excellent walks that you'll be able to enjoy during your stay.

The theme for this retreat is Saints and Mystics. Each day we'll be learning a bit about a different saint and/or Christian mystic, as well regular contemplative prayer, shared meals, and individual spiritual direction.
