Breathe

This is a weekend for the mamas who love getting into the outdoors and are in need of some pampering and quiet time. We’ll be using our bodies to connect with the beautiful creation we are part of through surfing (or walking), Christian meditation, creativity, pilates, delicious food, massage, and breathing exercises. We’ll be staying at the fantastic Sister Eveleen Retreat house overlooking Scarborough Beach in Christchurch.. 

To register please book a 'ticket' below. You'll be invoiced for a $60 deposit after registration.  The full price of the retreat will be due closer to the time of the retreat (ignore the fact that it says the cost is $0).

Dates: Friday September 9, 7pm - Sunday September 11, 2pm (approx)

Cost (including all meals): $280. Includes food, accommodation, and massage.

Location: Sister Eveleen Retreat House, 6 Whitewash Head Road, Sumner, Christchurch.

About the facilitator: Caroline McNeill grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches and has always loved the ocean and the outdoors. Between surfing and bringing up her two children with her husband Matt, Caroline works as a graphic designer. More recently, she got her surf instructing qualification and has been combining the practices of Christian meditation with surfing.

About Sister Eveleen Retreat House: Sister Eveleen Retreat House (SERH) is a Christian retreat centre nestled among the native trees on Scarborough Hill. It is owned by the Anglican Diocese but is run ecumenically. It was bequeathed to the church by Sister Eveleen who asked for it to be used as a 'house of spiritual help and prayer.' Please note that there is no parking on Whitewash Head Road. You will need to park down by the waterfront and walk to the house. Assistance can be provided if required.
