Join us for a reflective (and possibly flour-dusted) retreat day centred on
bread, communion, and shared life.
Through prayer, contemplation, conversation, and hands-on bread making,
we will explore what happens when simple ingredients — flour and water— become something more:
a meal, a mystery, a meeting place with God, an encouragement to share...
Together, we will reflect on the deep symbolism of bread — as nourishment, as sharing, as grace, as a call — and how this can shape our understanding of faith and community.
