Join us for this seasonal creative retreat led by Glenda Joy. Following a series of gentle user-friendly exercises (no artistic ability required) a body of images emerge that support reflection and expression. Generous time for rest and walking is woven into the program with time and space to honour experiences and themes.  Here we are able to celebrate, digest, grieve, share and envision our unique path.  

By using a variety of creative mediums: Pastel & crayon, paint, collage, coloured clay, poetry and music, these become allies for this important work.   

This weekend offers you an opportunity to pause and rest in a supportive, peaceful environment rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition. Take time to connect with the significant themes and spiritual elements of your life, guided by gentle prayers and moments of reflection.
