The Enneagram

Donald will facilitate the day’s retreat, also appropriate for PD, around the wisdom and depth (and complexity!) of the Enneagram.

Having recently trained as an Enneagram coach (through ‘Your Enneagram Coach’), we will explore together our inner worlds with the Enneagram as the guide to understanding our personality, both with its authentic, God given capacity, but also the reality of our own adapted self, the ways we have sought to make life work in our own strength, often called our false self, with its many elusive faces! We may have discovered our specific and dominant Enneagram type, but we are also so much more! 

Discerning and deepening our understanding of this dominant type, with its inherent motivations, fears and passions, will be looked at, but we will also consider Tritypes (our 3 strongest types and how they might work together), Wings, Subtypes and much more, as we consider our…
