About the retreat
Suffering, spiritual growth, and the quest for the meaning of life.
The retreat will explore the notion that suffering can act as a positive catalyst for spiritual growth, which is often intertwined with the search for meaning. The retreat will guide us through an exploration of the relationship between suffering, spiritual growth, and the quest for meaning, and will lead us on a path where pain becomes a conduit for spiritual growth, and the discovery of meaning for one’s life.
The retreat will draw on two key resources:
The book of Job
and Viktor Frankel’s book – Man’s search for meaning
