The psalms are known to be the most powerful tool of prayer. They are used in praying for healing, counselling, guidance, and a lot more.  Using plain, direct words, the psalms help express genuine emotions we all experience in our lives and bring those to God. The retreat day will guide us in exploring how the psalms encourage prayer, trust in God's word, and a reliance on His wisdom and guidance.  It will also lead us in ways of bringing our whole selves to God and receive His healing goodness.
