The Psalms give voice to the genuine emotions we all experience in life and help bring them before God.

This retreat day will guide us in exploring how the Psalms support prayer, deepen trust in God’s word, and nurture reliance on His wisdom and guidance.

It will also lead us into ways of bringing our whole selves before God and receiving His healing goodness.
